DKU’s secretary, Raja Norazli Raja Nordin, said the requested special meeting cannot proceed since the issue is before the courts. In a letter dated May 26, he cited an ongoing legal action identified as “Saman Pemula NA-24NCvC-240-05/2026” and said that any meeting touching on the matter could involve issues currently being litigated.
