Promotional Offers and Early Bird Incentives

To encourage purchases during the event, PKNS is offering a special RM5,500 discount to the first 55 early bird customers as part of its anniversary promotions. Beyond this, visitors can potentially benefit from overall savings and rebates amounting to as much as RM100,000. These incentives aim to make property acquisition more accessible and appealing to prospective buyers attending the exhibition.
Significant Property Discounts and Fee Absorption

Further enhancing the attractiveness of the offerings, featured properties at the exhibition are available with discounts of up to 20 per cent. In a move to reduce the financial burden on purchasers, PKNS has also committed to absorbing the legal fees associated with the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Additionally, the stamp duties for the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) will be covered by PKNS for all purchases made during the exhibition period.
