Furthermore, private healthcare providers like Gleneagles Hospital and Rafflesia Medical Centre, along with 36 other private clinics, will be involved in administering vaccines. The Pacific Sutera hotel has also offered its facilities to serve as a PPV.
Pikas Programme and Industrial Vaccinations

In July, larger-scale vaccination efforts will commence under Phase Four of the Public-Private Partnership Covid-19 Industry Immunisation Programme (Pikas). The Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) is slated to become a major vaccination hub, capable of inoculating 3,500 individuals daily, primarily focusing on workers in industrial and economic sectors. This initiative is designed to expedite the vaccination of essential workers crucial to the state's economic recovery.
Mobile Outreach and Current Vaccination Status

Beyond fixed centres, Sabah has been operating a mobile outreach programme since May 18, utilising 26 teams deployed across all districts to reach remote populations. As of the reporting date, 22.9% of Sabah's targeted population of 2.9 million adults had registered for vaccination. A total of 102,601 individuals, representing 3.5% of the target population, had completed their vaccination schedule, while 232,905 people, or 7.94%, had received their first dose.
