Access to the online appeal and extension application services is structured according to taxpayer roles. Individual taxpayers can submit their appeals or extension applications using the individual taxpayer role on MyTax. For organisations, including companies, cooperatives, trusts, and limited liability partnerships (LLPs), applications can be submitted by company directors or designated organisation administrators through their respective roles on the portal.
