Multi-Location Carnival Structure
The UDA Carnival 2023 is strategically conducted across four distinct locations this year: Johor, Penang, Sabah, and Perak. Following the conclusion of events in Johor and Penang, the carnival is scheduled to continue in Kota Kinabalu from November 24-26, and will conclude in Ipoh from December 8-10. This year's carnival uniquely combines two significant programmes: the USHAniaga Entrepreneur Programme and the UDA Ria Property Campaign.
