The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has officially approved two specific PR1MA housing projects. These are located in Kampung Kastam, Bukit Gelugor, and in Batu Ferringhi. Together, these two approved developments account for a total of 3,071 housing units.

On the mainland side of Penang, the Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP) has confirmed that no PR1MA housing projects have received approval to date. This indicates a lack of official sanction for any PR1MA developments within the MPSP's jurisdiction.

Beyond PR1MA, the Penang state government has outlined plans for 17 affordable housing projects across the state, aiming to deliver 27,230 units in total. Of these, five projects are currently in various stages of development, with the Bandar Cassia project in Batu Kawan nearing 100% completion. Additionally, the private sector has seen 36,759 units of affordable housing approved, with several projects like Raman Pavillion and Tripinnacle already well under construction.
