Out of the 14,306 pilgrims who accepted the offer to perform the fifth pillar of Islam, one Malaysian pilgrim, a 62-year-old male, passed away on June 25 due to a bacterial infection. This individual's passing was the only recorded fatality among the Malaysian contingent undertaking the pilgrimage.
Guidance and Monitoring During Masyair

The Masyair operation involved pilgrims moving to Arafah on July 7 (8 Zulhijjah), then to Muzdalifah on 9 Zulhijjah, before proceeding to Mina for the stoning of the devil ritual. During this demanding phase, workers in the Haj guidance unit maintained constant attentiveness, closely monitoring pilgrims, especially during the 10-km round trip to the Jamrah area for the stoning ritual, to prevent anyone from getting lost. These workers were also available at all times to address pilgrim inquiries and ensure the proper completion of all religious obligations.
