The June 2024 charge involves a confidential upstream performance report
The court heard that a review found Mohd Khairul Akmal sent a confidential document titled “Q1 2024 Upstream Business Performance” from his Petronas email to a Petros email address on June 8, 2024 at 3.19 pm. He is charged with attempting to disclose the document, allegedly obtained in the course of his duties as a Petronas Business Unit performance manager, at a condominium unit along Jalan Pinang between 3.19 pm and 3.21 pm on June 8, 2024.
