Fatalities and Rescues

The fire, which occurred at 6:40 am, resulted in the death of a 46-year-old man, identified as Tei Mo Kwan. He was discovered in a room, reportedly having succumbed to suffocation from smoke inhalation and being trapped. Five other family members, who were in a different part of the house, managed to escape by breaking a window.
