However, both Cekap Air and Bina Pragmatik allege that Jovian breached these informal loan agreements and has, to date, failed to repay the borrowed sums, resulting in alleged financial losses for the companies.
Appeal Filed Against High Court Decision

Following the High Court's decisions on April 2 and April 4, Datuk Jovian Mandagie filed an appeal against these orders on April 30. The legal proceedings initiated by Bina Pragmatik Sdn Berhad and Cekap Air Sdn Bhd, through their lawyers Messrs Saiful, Roger & Co, seek the recovery of the RM10 million in alleged defaulted friendly loans.
