Fadzlette formally accused Mazlina of insubordination, defining it as an act of disobeying a leader, which contravenes military ethics and the principle of esprit de corps. She further described Mazlina's attitude as self-centred, lacking the cooperation, team spirit, loyalty, and sense of belonging essential within military organizations.
Handling of Documents and Zahid's Instructions

Fadzlette also recounted that Zahid had informed her of Mazlina's carelessness and instructed her to monitor Mazlina's actions. When Fadzlette requested to review credit card statements and cheques prepared for Zahid's signature, Mazlina allegedly provided excuses and failed to produce the documents. Fadzlette asserted that Mazlina should have complied with these orders from a senior officer, particularly as they related to concerns about Mazlina's own oversight.
Control of Signature Stamp

Furthermore, Fadzlette confirmed the existence of a stamp bearing Zahid's signature, which was under Mazlina's control and possession. Fadzlette stated that this stamp was intended for limited use, primarily for certificates and festive cards, as per Zahid's directives.
