The websites of major public hospitals such as Singapore General Hospital, National University Hospital, and Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as well as the three public healthcare clusters—SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS)—were among those affected. The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) website also experienced disruption.
Clinical Services Remained Operational

Crucially, clinical services and operations at public healthcare institutions remained accessible and unaffected throughout the duration of the internet access disruption. This meant that patient care was not compromised, and access to essential systems such as patient records and appointment systems continued without interruption. Synapxe supports a wide network of 46 public healthcare institutions and approximately 1,400 community partners.
Restoration of Services

Internet connectivity for the affected public healthcare institutions began to be progressively restored from 4:30 pm on November 1. By 5:15 pm, most of the affected services had been brought back online. Synapxe stated that investigations into the cause of the internet connectivity outage are ongoing, and the agency continues to monitor the situation closely.
