The documents in question were instruction letters submitted to AmBank during 2014 and 2015. Their purpose was to authorise the disbursement of funds from SRC International to its subsidiary, Gandingan Mentari, and to Ihsan Perdana Sdn Bhd, which was identified as a corporate social responsibility partner. Both Suboh and Nik Faisal held the position of authorised signatories for cheques issued by SRC International and its subsidiary, Gandingan Mentari.
Fund Transfers and Lack of Personal Account Deposits

The court heard that RM50 million was transferred into Gandingan Mentari's AmBank account across three transactions: RM40 million on December 24, 2014, and RM5 million each on February 5 and February 6, 2015. Gandingan Mentari subsequently transferred these same amounts to Ihsan Perdana on the same days they were received. Suboh testified that he was unaware of any funds from SRC International or Gandingan Mentari being transferred into his or Nik Faisal's personal bank accounts. Ultimately, RM42 million originating from Ihsan Perdana found its way into Najib's personal accounts between 2014 and 2015.
