The issue regarding the use of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) logo in the Johor state election has been settled. This resolution was confirmed after the nomination process for the election was completed.
Nomination Process Finalised

PAS secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan stated that the matter of the PN logo's usage in the Johor polls was concluded as the nomination period had already ended the previous day. He indicated that once candidates have successfully submitted their nomination papers, changes to the logo are not feasible.
Candidates Nominated Under PN Logo

A total of 16 candidates affiliated with Bersatu filed their nomination papers using the PN logo. Of these, 11 candidates represented PAS, and the remaining five were from Gerakan. This indicates a unified approach in the nomination phase under the PN banner.
PN's Allowance for Component Parties

The use of the PN logo by component parties is permitted, according to Takiyuddin. He explained that the logo in question is one that PN allows its constituent parties to adopt. This provision facilitated the nomination of candidates under the PN emblem.
