Azlan sought a minute from the Prime Minister's Office to support the reconsideration of the cancellation. Najib Razak minuted on the letter, stating, "Agreed to be given chance if no wrongdoing was done." This endorsement was crucial for the company's subsequent appeal.
Appeals to Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Subsequent Review

Armed with Najib's minute, Azlan Shah Jaffril penned another appeal letter on January 27, 2016, this time addressed to Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, the then home minister. Zahid subsequently minuted on Azlan's letter, instructing the home ministry's secretary-general to discuss the matter and review the prime minister's minute. Granting of a Second Chance and New Contracts

These appeals culminated in a meeting on March 10, 2016, where Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi agreed to offer Profound Radiance a second chance to operate OSCs in future identified countries. The decision acknowledged that the company's delay in commencing operations in Bangladesh was due to internal conflicts rather than deliberate action. Subsequently, Profound Radiance was appointed as the OSC operator in Pakistan and Nepal, with these appointments officially taking effect on July 1, 2016. The formal contracts for these new OSCs in Nepal and Pakistan were signed on June 16, 2017, requiring the company to provide a guarantee bond of RM400,000 for each centre.
