Scheduled and non-scheduled flights carrying students from Peninsular Malaysia to Sabah or Sarawak are now permitted to operate at full passenger capacity. However, flights from Sabah or Sarawak to Peninsular Malaysia are capped at 66.6 per cent of the total maximum load factor for scheduled flights. Additionally, Members of Parliament and State Assembly members are now explicitly allowed to attend Parliament and State Legislative Assembly sittings.
