Puddin AI, developed by Valar Intelligence, records timing data from the moment a user starts writing on its platform and uses that information to assess whether a piece of work was produced by a human. When the identification button is pressed, the system evaluates “humanness” using around 200 indicators, including the writing start time, writing speed, and the chronological order of revisions. It also treats copying and pasting an AI-generated draft as a strong sign that the work was not written by a human because it drastically shortens the overall writing process.
