Complementary Housing Initiatives

In addition to the RKAT program, Mindef is also developing housing projects under the One Member One House (SASaR) initiative. These projects include the construction of 3,500 units in Sungai Besi and an additional 7,000 units at Wardieburn Camp, Kuala Lumpur, and in Genting Klang, with completion dates set for 2026 and 2027. These SASaR houses, measuring 1,000 sq ft, are priced at approximately RM150,000 in Kuala Lumpur.
