The 192-kilometre track traverses through several districts, including Segamat, Kluang, and Kulai, before terminating at JB Sentral in Johor Baru.

With the implementation of the new double tracks, the journey from KL Sentral to JB Sentral is projected to take approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.
