Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan

The overall mixed development project, managed by Rivanis Ventures Sdn Bhd (a joint venture between Aspen Vision Development Sdn Bhd and Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd), is situated on 36.025 acres of RAC land in Perai. Beyond the relocation of Kampung Manis residents, the broader development will include 338 affordable housing units under the Madani Residences phase, along with 1,680 additional residential units, 1,680 serviced apartments, and commercial and retail spaces. The full completion of these additional components is expected to take an additional five to seven years after residents have moved into their new homes.
Official Announcement and Agreements

The redevelopment initiative was announced by Transport Minister Anthony Loke, who also witnessed the signing of crucial agreements. These included a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between RAC and Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP), and a Head of Agreement (HOA) between RAC and Rivanis Ventures Sdn Bhd. Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow was also present at the signing ceremony, underscoring the project's significance for the state.
