At KLIA, they discovered that no flight ticket bookings had been made in their names, and the agency had not provided any prior notification or explanation regarding these issues.
Stranded Pilgrims and Visa Type

The incident came to light when approximately 380 prospective pilgrims were reported stranded at KLIA on Thursday. These individuals are believed to be victims of the same travel agency scam. It is understood that these pilgrims had sought to perform the haj using Furada visas, which are private haj visas obtained independently and do not utilise the quota allocated to Lembaga Tabung Haji.
