Overall Hospital Admissions and Discharges

Since June 12, Hulu Terengganu Hospital has admitted a total of 17 Orang Asli patients for suspected measles. Out of this number, 12 cases have been confirmed, two have tested negative, and three are awaiting laboratory results. A significant portion of these patients, 12 in total, have been discharged in stages starting from June 20.
Ongoing Surveillance in Orang Asli Settlements

Health authorities are actively conducting surveillance and case detection efforts within Terengganu's Orang Asli settlements. Specifically, 493 individuals in the Orang Asli settlements of Hulu Terengganu are being monitored, with these efforts set to continue periodically.
