The suspects fled the scene at around 11:41 am, following the report made by a private security guard at 11:39 am.
Suspects' Tools and Getaway Vehicle

During the heist, the perpetrators were equipped with axes and crowbars, which they used to facilitate the theft. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage suggests that the suspects utilised a luxury BMW vehicle for their escape. This vehicle is reportedly registered under the name of an individual residing in Ampang, Selangor.
Law Enforcement Response and Ongoing Investigation

Following the incident, Pahang police initiated Op Tutup at noon, establishing checkpoints in Genting Highlands and along routes leading to Batang Kali. This operation concluded at 4:15 pm.
