Initial Collision and Domino Effect

The fatal accident began when a collision occurred among three motorcycles at the front of a group of 15 bikes travelling together from Senawang towards Kuala Lumpur. This initial crash caused the riders to fall onto the highway, creating a hazardous obstruction. The situation escalated as twelve other motorcycles in the group were unable to avoid the fallen bikes, leading to a significant pile-up.
Involvement of Other Vehicles

In addition to the motorcycle collisions, some of the bikes also struck the rear and right side of a passing car and a lorry. The deceased included both riders of Yamaha NVX motorcycles and one rider of an unidentified motorcycle model, all of whom were pronounced dead at the scene.
Injuries and Investigation

A total of twelve other individuals involved in the accident were transported to Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar for treatment. Of these, two have been admitted to the intensive care unit.
