As of April 10, 109 Rumah SelangorKu (RSKU) units have been handed over to owners within Taman Bunga Raya Phase 1A, Bukit Beruntung. The project, developed by MK Land Holdings Bhd in collaboration with the Selangor state government, aims to provide affordable housing. The total number of RSKU units planned across all phases is 1,804, with 1,385 units scheduled for future phases following the initial 419 units in Phase 1A.
Phase 1A Unit Delivery Status

In Phase 1A of the Taman Bunga Raya project, there are a total of 419 RSKU units. Out of these, 109 units have been delivered to their owners. This means that 310 units within Phase 1A are still awaiting delivery. These units are described as type D two-storey terrace houses, each with a floor area of 1,000 square feet and a selling price of RM250,000.
Future RSKU Unit Allocations

Beyond Phase 1A, further phases of the RSKU development are planned, which will significantly increase the total number of affordable housing units. These future phases include Phase 3 with 214 units, Phase 4 with 235 units, Phase 5 with 311 units, and Phase 6 with 206 units. Collectively, these future phases comprise 1,385 RSKU units.
Total RSKU Units and Remaining Deliveries

Considering all planned RSKU units, the total number of affordable housing units to be delivered is 1,804 (419 units in Phase 1A plus 1,385 units in subsequent phases). Since 109 units have already been handed over, the remaining number of undelivered RSKU units stands at 1,695 (1,804 total units minus 109 delivered units). This calculation accounts for all RSKU units across the entirety of the Taman Bunga Raya development.
