The "Jom Balik Raya Bersama Mahasiswa" programme was designed to assist students in returning to their hometowns for the Aidilfitri celebrations. MAIWP collaborated with eight universities, including MAIWP International University College, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur (UTMKL), Universiti Malaya (UM), and Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), to identify and support eligible students.

This included financial aid for bus and plane tickets, ensuring that students could afford to journey back to their families. To facilitate the students' journeys, substantial logistical arrangements were made. On the night of the programme's launch, 25 buses were deployed, transporting 880 students to various states across Peninsular Malaysia. Prior to this, 600 students had already been flown to Sabah and Sarawak, demonstrating the extensive reach of the programme.
