Full Payment and Subsequent Deception

Samsul then offered a discounted price of RM61,500 for the bulldozer, contingent on the victim making the full payment immediately and avoiding a trip to Muar, Johor, where the machine was supposedly located. The victim complied, transferring RM30,000 via Maybank in Jerantut and an additional RM31,500 through Maybank in Bandar Jengka.
Reporting the Fraud

Following the completion of both transactions, Samsul informed the victim that he had been duped. The victim subsequently filed a report at the Jerantut district police headquarters. The case is currently being investigated under Section 420 of the Penal Code, which pertains to cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
