The RM100,000 was presented in a paper bag, and the exchange took place at Sayed Amir Muzzakkir's office in Publika.
Second Delivery of RM250,000

The subsequent and larger payment of RM250,000 was also made in cash, within a paper bag. This delivery occurred on December 16, 2020, at approximately 3:30 PM. Similar to the first instance, Wan Azhar personally handed over the money to Sayed Amir Muzzakkir at the same office location in Publika.
Exclusive Presence During Deliveries

During both cash handover instances, only Wan Azhar and Sayed Amir Muzzakkir were present.
