Last year, this operation successfully recorded 168 cases related to diesel smuggling, with seized items valued at RM6,554,327. Significantly, approximately 62 per cent of these recorded cases were initially brought forward through the police, demonstrating the critical role they play in the detection and reporting of such activities.
