MyOnline Passport applications will be unavailable at the affected offices during the closure period.

MyOnline Passport applications submitted through the affected branches will not be available while the passport counters are closed for system maintenance. The temporary closure covers 71 passport issuance offices nationwide and is being rolled out in phases, with Phase 1 set for June 26 to 30.
The service is part of the suspended passport-related functions
Applications submitted over the counter, applications via MyOnline Passport and passport printing services at the affected branches will all be unavailable during the closure period. That means MyOnline Passport users cannot use those offices while the maintenance work is under way.
Phase 1 begins on June 26 and runs until June 30
The first phase covers the Immigration Headquarters in Putrajaya and passport issuance offices in Jalan Duta, Melaka, Kelana Jaya and Kuala Lumpur International Airport, or KLIA. These offices are among the first locations where the MyOnline Passport service will be disrupted.
Nine UTC offices are also affected
The closure also includes nine Urban Transformation Centre offices, namely UTC Pudu Sentral, UTC Selangor, UTC Johor Bahru, UTC Pasir Gudang, UTC Seremban, UTC Ipoh, UTC Kedah, UTC Sungai Petani and UTC Seberang Perai. MyOnline Passport applications linked to these affected branches will likewise be unavailable during the closure period.
