Each local leader present at a meeting, believed to have occurred on September 1, was purportedly offered a contract worth RM20,000.
Further Allegations of Ministry Allocations

Beyond the individual contracts, the political secretary is also accused of stating that he would be allocated RM300,000 from another ministry to be disbursed by the end of the year. Furthermore, it is alleged that contracts from a different ministry would be made available for distribution to local leaders.
