Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has scheduled several tenders today to manage liquidity in the financial system, aiming to maintain stable short-term interbank rates. These operations include conventional money market tenders, Islamic range maturity auctions, and overnight tenders.
Conventional Money Market Tenders

BNM will conduct two conventional money market tenders. These consist of a RM1.5 billion tender with a seven-day tenor and a RM500 million tender with a 32-day tenor.
Islamic Liquidity Management Tenders

In the Islamic finance space, BNM will execute a Qard tender Islamic range maturity auction. This auction is for RM5.6 billion and covers tenors ranging from six to 25 days. Additionally, a repo tender of RM300 million for 32 days will be conducted.
Overnight Tenders

Later in the day, at 4 pm, BNM will conduct significant overnight tenders. These include a conventional overnight tender of up to RM24.0 billion and a Qard overnight tender of RM7.8 billion.
