The gallery is open daily from 10am to 10pm, with the last entry permitted at 8:30pm. Admission is priced at RM25 for adults and RM20 for children aged between four and 12 years old, while entry is free for children under four years of age. The heritage architecture exhibits undergo regular maintenance, including vacuuming every fortnight to ensure their preservation.
