Understanding of Quarters Entitlement

It was clarified that the disqualification of quarters entitlement was specifically applicable to those civil servants who had secured housing loan facilities. This stipulation did not extend to occupants of government quarters who had not availed themselves of such housing loans. Therefore, current occupants remain eligible to continue residing in their allocated units.
