When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Chua Bee Ting lying motionless at the 12th-floor lift lobby at Block 248 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 2 in Singapore’s Choa Chu Kang estate. A Singapore Civil Defence Force paramedic later pronounced her dead at the scene.
