The original posting implied that Muhyiddin and his delegation had refused a 10-day quarantine after returning from an official visit to Indonesia. This further suggested that this refusal was the reason the then-health minister allegedly issued an order for Cabinet members to undergo only a three-day quarantine upon returning from overseas visits.

The Facebook post by Puad also inferred that ministers were receiving preferential treatment. It further suggested that Muhyiddin, during his tenure as Prime Minister from March 2020 to August 2021, had abused his prime ministerial powers. Puad subsequently removed the posting from his social media accounts after Muhyiddin obtained an interim injunction pending the disposal of the suit.
