Self-Administration of Dangerous Drugs

Sahswin was fined RM2,500 or faced six months' imprisonment for self-administering dangerous drugs under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952. Yugendran received a fine of RM1,800 or a six-month jail term for the same offence, also prosecuted under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952. These drug-related offences were committed at the Johor Baru North police headquarters on May 15.
Possession of Cannabis Charge

Both Sahswin and Yugendran, in addition to S.K. Kiren, pleaded not guilty to a charge involving the possession of 20.04 grammes of cannabis. This charge falls under Section 6 of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, read in conjunction with Section 34 of the Penal Code. The alleged offence occurred on May 14 at Jalan Inang 7, Taman Skudai Baru.
Court Supervision and Bail

Following their guilty pleas to the drug administration charges, the court mandated that both Sahswin and Yugendran undergo a two-year supervision period under the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK). For the cannabis possession charge, for which they pleaded not guilty, all three accused were granted bail.
