He also faces three counts of accepting RM105,000 from FEHM Entity Sdn Bhd managing director Elias Jemadi Tajudin. These sums were allegedly sought as an inducement to appoint the company for maintenance services.
Brigadier-General Mohammed Feizol Anuar Ayob

Brigadier-General Mohammed Feizol Anuar Ayob, who served as the military adviser to the Defence Minister, is charged with accepting a total of RM128,000. This amount was allegedly received from Elias Jemadi, facilitated through FEHM Entity executive director Hishamuddin Johari and project manager Nurin Nazwa Elias Jemadi. The gratification was reportedly for assisting the company in becoming a strategic partner and contractor for maintenance of intelligence equipment.
