Mihas is set to make its international debut in Dubai from November 18-20, with an ambitious export sales target of RM1 billion. This move leverages Dubai's strategic position as a primary entrepot city for the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, facilitating the import and distribution of Malaysian halal products to a wider market.
Participation in Osaka World Expo

Malaysia will also participate in the Osaka World Expo, scheduled from April to October 2025. This significant international platform provides Malaysian companies with an avenue to seek global business opportunities, with a particular focus on the Japanese market. Malaysian firms are encouraged to engage in Asean-related programmes both domestically and at the expo to foster international business connections.
Broader Halal Industry Development

These international expansion efforts for Mihas are aligned with the National Trade Blueprint (NTBp) and support Malaysia's ambition to be a leading global halal hub, as outlined in the 12th Malaysia Plan and the NIMP 2030. The strategy aims to cultivate an export cluster that attracts international companies to source halal products and services from Malaysia, including those offered by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
