General Eligibility and Application Period

Both scholarship schemes are open to Malaysian students who have completed their Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or Unified Examination Certificate (UEC), or those pursuing foundation, diploma, or matriculation programmes. Applications for these scholarships are open from May 31 to June 20.
Post-Graduation Requirements

Upon graduation, recipients of either scholarship are obligated to fulfil a service bond.
