The incident resulted in the deaths of two armed forces personnel. One of the deceased was identified as a student from the Sendayan Air Base Institute of Administration and Studies, who passed away at the scene. The second fatality was a trainer, who succumbed to injuries while receiving treatment at Segamat Hospital. Additionally, another trainer sustained injuries and is currently hospitalised.
Defence Minister's Condolences

Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, the Defence Minister, conveyed his condolences to the families of the deceased personnel, identified as Corporal Mohd Syuib Bidin and Lieutenant Mohd Iqmal Masdi. He acknowledged their sacrifice in service to the nation and offered prayers for strength to their families during this difficult time.
