The programme has supported 67 students to date across various Malaysian universities.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

The scholarship is available to Penang-born students who have gained admission to any undergraduate degree programme at a local public or private university, with the exception of Medicine and Dentistry. Students awaiting university offers can apply using their STPM or A-Level results, and current undergraduates in their second, third, or final year are also encouraged to apply.
Financial Support Provided
