The victim subsequently agreed to take on the project, with the intention of delivering the goods by June 8.
Introduction of Additional Items and Fake Suppliers

Following the victim's acceptance of the sports equipment project, a woman claiming to be from the same ministry's office contacted him. This individual then requested that the victim also supply additional items, specifically mentioning dates, traditional daggers, and decorative plates. To facilitate these supposed add-on orders, the woman provided the victim with contact details for several individuals presented as suppliers for these specific goods.
Payments Made to Alleged Suppliers
