The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 am at Km90, when the driver, travelling from Port Klang to Lojing, stopped the trailer due to suspected brake failure. While the driver was outside the vehicle inspecting it, the trailer began to move on its own and subsequently fell into the ravine.
