Forfeited Vehicles

The High Court ruled that an Audi car and a Volkswagen New Beetle, seized on January 27, 2021, are to be forfeited to the government. These vehicles were identified as belonging to Jasmine Loo Ai Swan, who was a former lawyer involved with 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB). The forfeiture application for these items was filed in November 2021.
Bank Account Funds

In addition to the vehicles, RM22,600 in cash from Jasmine Loo's Maybank Islamic Berhad current account has also been forfeited to the government. This money was seized on February 2, 2021, and the forfeiture order was part of the same application made under Section 56 of the AMLATFPUAA Act 2001.
Condominium Claimed by Third Party

While a condominium in Mont Kiara was also seized from Loo, the court allowed a third-party claim by OCBC Bank (M) Bhd for the property. This means the condominium, seized on February 15, 2021, will not be forfeited to the government but will instead be claimed by the bank.
