Wealth 360, a new digital wealth management feature launched by Citi Hong Kong on its Citi Mobile® App, provides customers with a suite of advanced financial management tools. This offering is made possible through Citi Hong Kong's participation in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's (HKMA) Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS) pilot program.
Interbank Account Overview and Personal Financial Management

Through the IADS pilot program and Application Programming Interface (API) technology, Wealth 360 allows Citi customers to link and view deposit accounts from other financial institutions directly on the Citi Mobile® App. This feature provides real-time access to account status, balances, and transaction details, offering a consolidated view of their financial holdings. Complementing this, the platform includes personal financial management tools that enable users to track their overall financial status and monitor personal expenses, which are automatically categorized by spending type.
Personalized Financial Insights and Carbon Footprint Tracking

Beyond basic account aggregation, Wealth 360 delivers personalized financial insights derived from customers' spending habits, such as detailed spending pattern analyses. A distinctive component of the feature is the Carbon Footprint Overview. This function calculates the carbon emissions generated from a customer's card spending, aiming to increase awareness of environmental impact and encourage more sustainable, green spending habits.
Empowering Customers Through Digital Innovation

Citi Hong Kong is among the first retail banks in Hong Kong to join the IADS pilot program, underscoring its commitment to digital innovation. Previously, Citi also participated in the HKMA's Open API Framework in 2017. The Wealth 360 feature is designed to empower customers with comprehensive tools and actionable insights, facilitating better financial management and providing a holistic overview of their wealth portfolio. The feature is currently being rolled out to selected customer segments and will be progressively made available to the bank's entire customer base.
