Broader Cheating Activities

During police questioning, Oh admitted to employing the same fraudulent method to deceive approximately six or seven other individuals. While not all these instances were included in the current charges, Oh has made full restitution to the three victims named in the charges. He also voluntarily handed over S$1,470 to the State for the other uncharged incidents.
