Schools to Reopen for Examination Classes

The initial phase of school reopenings will exclusively accommodate students scheduled to sit for major public examinations. This includes classes preparing for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM), Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), and Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM), as well as equivalent international examinations.
Postponement of Major Examinations

In response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, several key examinations have been rescheduled. The SPM and SVM examinations are now slated to take place in the first quarter of 2021. Similarly, the STAM examinations will also be conducted in the first quarter of 2021.
Revised STPM Examination Schedule

The Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination schedule has also been adjusted. The second-semester examination is now scheduled for August 2020, while the third-semester examination will be held in the first quarter of 2021. These adjustments aim to accommodate the disruptions caused by the pandemic.
