A significant number of violations involved non-compliance with entry procedures. Three compounds were issued for failing to register attendance before entering premises, and a further 13 compounds by the police were for failing to scan the MySejahtera QR code or not registering attendance. Additional offences included failing to provide a thermometer and failing to provide hand sanitiser at business locations.
Compounds Issued Across Multiple Districts and by Various Authorities

The compounds were distributed across several districts, with Bintulu recording the highest number of Health Authority compounds at nine, followed by Kuching and Serian with eight each. Samarahan issued five compounds, and Miri issued one. The police also contributed significantly, issuing 17 compounds, primarily for MySejahtera scanning or attendance registration failures. The Kapit District Council also issued three compounds for issues such as failure to register, maintain physical distancing, and not wearing a face mask.
