First Instalment Handover

On December 4, 2020, a sum of RM100,000 was delivered in a paper bag. The witness personally handed this amount to Sayed Amir Muzzakkir at his office in Publika around 4 pm. This payment was part of a two-instalment arrangement agreed upon by Sayed Amir Muzzakkir.
Second Instalment Handover

The remaining RM250,000 was also provided in a paper bag and handed over on December 16, 2020. This transaction occurred at approximately 3:30 pm at the same office location. Both handovers, the RM100,000 and the RM250,000, were conducted with only the witness and Sayed Amir Muzzakkir present.
Commission Agreement

The witness explained that Sayed Amir Muzzakkir had requested cash payments amounting to RM350,000, representing a five per cent commission. This request followed the witness's assistance in helping Nexuscorpgroup Sdn Bhd (NXG) secure a project tender with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
